Nature Conservancy of Canada

VISION
We envision a world in which Canadians conserve nature in all its diversity, and safeguard the lands and waters that sustain life.
MISSION
The Nature Conservancy of Canada leads and inspires others to join us in creating a legacy for future generations by conserving important natural areas and biological diversity across all regions of Canada.

The Nature Conservancy of Canada is the nation’s leading land conservation organization, working to protect our most important natural areas and the species they sustain. Since 1962, NCC and its partners have helped to protect more than 2.8 million acres (over 1.1 million hectares) coast to coast. More than one quarter of these lands are in BC.
